Personal Growth

Personal growth is one of the biggest and best investments you can make. Becoming the best version of yourself requires you to really get to know yourself in all situations and aspects of life, from how you react or respond to events, what triggers you and why, why certain things make you feel a negative or positive emotion and also your purpose on this earth. Browse the categories below to start your journey to achieving self mastery by growing into the person you were made to become.

  2. The Law of Gestation
States that everything takes time to manifest

  3. The Law of Transmutation

  4. The Law of Polarity
States that everything has an opposite

  5. The Law of Relativity
States that nothing is what it is until  you relate it to something

  6. The Law of Rhythm
States that everything has a natural cycle

EQ & Self Awareness

The concept of emotional intelligence can be broken down into 4 categories: Self awareness, self management, social awareness and relationship management.

A great book that breaks down each category and gives practical ways to improve is Emotional Intelligence 2.0

Growth & Change

Change cannot happen without growth. What you grow through when experiencing any change is what makes you the person you are today. The lessons it teaches you and experiences gained from change mean you are literally not the same person you were before. You now know more due to your experiences.

The reason change is uncomfortable is because for the majority of life, the majority of people stay within their comfort zone. It's what they know already and they don't want to learn anything new.

The first stage of growth is getting as far away of your comfort zone as possible. This will force you do create new experiences to learn from, which in turn enables you to grow.
